Delivery Policy

How much is delivery

Delivery is INCLUDED IN THE PRICE for all hampers to all of Australia.

We use Australia Post and Fast way Couriers to ship our gourmet hampers to your door. 

Substitutions

If a particular item is not available, we will include instead an item of similar or greater value. This won't apply to a signature item such as an electric coffee grinder or ice cream maker - you will always get the item. More likely, we may be out of a chocolate bar or a bottle of wine, in which case we'll provide another item of similar or greater value.

What happens if I order a hamper out of stock

Hardly ever happens, but if a hamper is not available for any reason, we will ship as soon as possible. If the delay is more than two days, we'll contact you to discuss an alternative product.

When will my order ship

After you place your order, we will ship your order within 2 business days.  (Orders placed after midday Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday).

Other shipping policies

We deliver anywhere in Australia, but not beyond our shores.

You may want to consider the hamper's contents and the destination weather. Most of our hampers are fine for shipment anywhere at any time, but it might be better sending a non-chocolate hamper to Darwin in the middle of summer. Alas we can't be responsible for heat damage caused to hamper contents.

A signature is usually sought as proof of delivery. To avoid a re-delivery, where possible please provide a business address or an address where someone is likely to be available to receive and sign for the delivery. You CAN offer an Authority to Leave e.g. by letting us know "Please leave in safe place if no one home." If you do this, please note that we are not then liable for parcels going astray.

We CAN ship to Post Office Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

There are no delivery options available for Saturday or Sunday.
